DMCA Policy

1. Overview

FZ-Tools operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged infringement.

FZ-Tools is a tool that facilitates access to publicly available content on third-party platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute any video or audio files. Files are streamed directly from source platforms to the user's device.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through FZ-Tools infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material — Identify the material you claim is infringing and provide information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL).
3. Your contact information — Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — Include a statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — Include your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

4. Repeat Infringers

FZ-Tools reserves the right to terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

Nothing in this DMCA Policy constitutes legal advice. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consult a qualified attorney before submitting a notice.

6. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
